Barnet Products is #hiring a highly skilled FP&A Senior Associate to join our Englewood Cliffs finance team. This position reports to the Controller and is responsible for financial analysis of business operations, assisting in budgeting and forecast planning, and managing the accounting functions.

If you have a passion for developing dashboards, financial reporting, analyzing expenditures and budgets, developing forecasting processes, pricing analysis, as well as accounting functions such as  month end closing processes, reconciling balance sheets and GL accounts, investigating, and resolving account discrepancies, and assisting in A/R and A/P functions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Responsible for Financial Analysis of Business Operations and Assist in Budget & Forecast Planning for Barnet and Subsidiaries (including but not limited to):

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand department needs and work with IT to develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility to each department’s KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze various corporate expenditure categories and work with department managers to track expenses to budget
  • Develop and manage the cash flow forecasting process
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Prepare monthly variance and trend analysis (actuals vs budget vs latest forecast)
  • Prepare pricing analysis
  • Assist in annual budget planning and quarterly estimates
  • Perform relevant tasks and assignments as required

Assist in Accounting Functions:

  • Maintain and reconcile Balance Sheet and General Ledger Accounts and enter standard entries
  • Establish appropriate accruals based on analysis of monthly expenditures and vendor invoices
  • Manage accurate supporting documentation for all GL accounts and transactions
  • Assist with month-end close processes and annual audit preparations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP
  • Excel proficiency including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and index/match etc.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills

Job Description

Barnet is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will report into the Marketing Director and will work alongside internal stakeholders and members of Barnet Products, including the marketing and sales teams, in order to achieve our Company sales goals, improve customer communications and be hands-on in terms of conceptualization, creation, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and strategies for our B2B corporate social media, email marketing, CRM/lead generation, digital marketing, and ads.

This position is located 100% onsite in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office. The ideal candidate will plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the corporate digital marketing campaign to effectively promote our brand’s products. This candidate will have experience in detailed marketing strategy, as well as experience with dashboards and reporting. They will implement a clear vision leveraging the company’s branded content, creativity, and out of the box thinking.

The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, able to plan and execute against a fast-paced calendar, and able to translate results to share with executive management.

Responsibilities

  • Gain and maintain a working knowledge of the Company's products, customers, goals, existing sales tools (website, app, literature, etc.) and initiatives.
  • Create branded content consistent with overall marketing goals for events, eNewsletters, social media, etc. and creatively maintain corporate branding.
  • Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
  • Design and execute projects while conferring with graphic designer, marketing director and other key executives in order to develop approved corporate marketing tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; knowledge/experience in the cosmetic/personal care industry a strong plus.
    • Certificates in fields related to digital marketing and website development/optimization a plus.
    • Google certification is a plus.
    • Good grasp of marketing automation and lead software is also a plus.
  • 5 – 10 years of digital marketing experience including social media and electronic communications required; experience in cosmetics/personal care industry/fashion industry a plus.
  • Marketing education/experience or interest that includes social media and electronic communications a plus.
    • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.
    • Experience with website building and optimization is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software; 5+ years of MS Dynamics experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • CRM experience required.

Job Description

Barnet’s Product Development team is looking for someone to support the Internal Barnet Branded Development program through ideation, research, design, and creativity in order to achieve raw material development goals. The ideal candidate will utilize knowledge and experience from raw material, formulation background in order to aid in the conceptualization of new innovative raw materials and see the R&D process from formulation creation through manufacturing launch. This individual will work in a team-oriented environment with strong collaboration with the product development team. This candidate will have strong personal/communication skills, as this role will interact with several internal departments and various external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Independently research potential new ingredients [including outside the industry] and literature that would fit into the company’s product portfolio whitespaces
  • Aid in creative idea generation, raw material sourcing, development, and scale-up of new Barnet Brand products
  • Develop a ratio of complex raw materials
  • Run some market research on new potential ingredients and technologies within and outside the industry, use experimental design, data analysis

  • Some experience in Industrial Scale Up
  • Proficiency with operating the following instrumentation: viscometer, pH meter, homogenizer, centrifuge, and microscope; rheometer (a plus)
