Lamellar Crystal Architecture
NET-LCS is a complex that forms a multi-layer lamellar crystal structure that mimics the skin, consisting of similar components. These emulsions create a gel-cream that moisturizes the skin due to the fact that it entraps bound water in the lamellar structure. NET-LCS emulsions increase moisturization, improve the condition of the stratum corneum and form a long lasting hydrophobic barrier on the skin.

NET-LCS PF is a PEG-free complex that forms a multi-layer lamellar crystal structure that mimics the skin, consisting of similar components. These emulsions create a gel-cream that moisturizes the skin due to the fact that it entraps bound water in the lamellar structure. NET-LCS PF emulsions increase moisturization, improve the condition of the stratum corneum and form a long lasting hydrophobic barrier on the skin.

Alpha-Gel Architecture
NET-APS is an Alpha-Gel emulsifier that forms a protective film on the skin. The unique lamellar arrangement can control water loss from within the stratum corneum. NET-APS provides many benefits both in creating emulsions and improving the skin. It is an excellent system former for use in skin care, color, and lip formulations.
NET-SMT is a unique Alpha-Gel mild anionic emulsifier that provides enhanced electrolyte tolerance, allowing for the incorporation of salts and salt-based actives that would normally destabilize Oil-in Water (O/W) formulas. The unique arrangement for this type of O/W emulsions can control water loss from within the stratum corneum. NET-SMT is suitable for both skincare and color cosmetics.

Behenyl Alcohol 65 is a fatty alcohol best used in conjunction with a hydrophilic emulsifier such as NET-SMT to form Alpha-Gel gel systems.

Phospholipid Architecture
Lecinol S-10 is a unique phospholipid emulsifier. Lecinol S-10 creates an Oil-in-Water (O/W) emulsion in which some oil droplets have a lipid bilayer surrounding them which mimics the structure of the skin. Lecinol S-10 works to replenish the main phospholipid of the epidermis while also reducing skin damage, reducing irritation, reducing melanin synthesis, and increasing active deposition, strengthening the skin barrier, and providing instant and long-term moisturization.

Water-in-Silicone Architecture
NET WS-CF is a proprietary complex designed to create D5-Free Water-in-Silicone macroemulsions that provides water break textures. NET WS-CF emulsions have light aesthetics during application due to the high-water phase present. Upon dry down a thin silicone film is provided leaving the skin feeling smooth. NET WS-CF is also highly recommended for color cosmetic emulsions as it stabilizes, suspends, and extends the wear of pigments.

NET-WO is a proprietary mixture designed to make Water-in-Silicone (W/Si) emulsions. These emulsions can have a high water content creating a unique hydrating texture. NET-WO is also highly recommended for pigmented emulsions as it evenly disperses pigment on the skin.

Pickering Architecture

NET-OWP™ | Oil-in-Water

NET-OWP™ is a complex designed to create pickering emulsions. It is a unique system that creates a wide range of products including serums, creams, gels, and lotions.

NET-WO NS | Water-in-Oil

NET-WO NS is a proprietary mixture of Polyglyceryl Fatty Acid Esters and Hectorite to form a pickering architecture. NET-WO NS creates stable Water-in-Oil (W/O) emulsions that do not have an oily after feel. NET-WO NS is a unique system that can create a wide range of products including sunscreens, milks, pigmented formulas and much more. It is also highly recommended for color cosmetic emulsions as it stabilizes, suspends, and extends the wear of pigments.

Polymeric Architecture
NET-WRS is a polymeric emulsifier that creates jelly textures that can provide a water or oil break on skin. It is a low energy system requiring no heat and low shear. It can be utilized to create innovative textures such as viscous sprayable gels, shape memory gels/emulsions, jelly textures and more.

D-Phase Architecture
Barsolve NS-100 is a multi-functional ingredient that can function as a D-Phase emulsifier which are high internal phase emulsions with a small particle size. D-Phase emulsions are typically translucent gels (depending on the refractive index of the oil) that can contain up to 95% oil.
